Zoning Code

The Zoning Code establishes a rational pattern of land uses throughout the Village in order to protect the public health, safety and general welfare of the community.  It creates separate districts with unique standards to promote these patterns in an attempt to establish the optimum use of land and other natural resources of the Village.  You may examine the Zoning Code in its entirety in our Village Code page in the Reference Desk section of our website.
