Finance
Overview
The Finance Department is responsible for the billing and collection of Village revenues, purchasing and accounts payable, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting and computer systems administration.
Hours
The Finance Department is located in the Village Hall and is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm. Additionally, the Cashiers’ area is open on Thursday evenings until 7:00 pm.
Payments
Payments to the Village may be made in the form of cash, personal or business check, money order or credit card. If you choose, Water and Sewer payments may be made via direct debit from your checking account. Two 24-hour drop boxes are also available for payments and correspondence: one is located in the lobby of the Village Hall itself and a drive-up box is located in the parking lot, south of the building. It is recommended that payments put in the drop boxes be in the form of check or money order.
Payments are accepted at the Cashiers’ area for water and sewer service, building and garage sale permits, business licenses, parking tickets, Village Transfer Stamps and maps, as well as the Village’s reusable yardwaste stickers. Temporary handicap parking placards and Notary Services are available at no charge to Village residents.
