If you would like to be placed on a notification list for when a Fire Fighter/Paramedic testing opportunity is available, please complete the form below.

At a minimum, all firefighter/paramedic candidates must have an Illinois Paramedic Certification.  Please refer to the application packet, when available, for the complete job description and full job qualifications and requirements.
