Police Officer or
Fire Fighter/Paramedic Interest Form

If you would like to be placed on a notification list for when a Police Officer or Fire Fighter/Paramedic testing opportunity is available, please complete the form below. Note that if you would like to be on both Notification Lists, this form needs to be completed twice.

At a minimum, all police officer candidates must have earned 60 semester hours of college credit and all firefighter/paramedic candidates must have an Illinois Paramedic Certification. Please refer to the application packet, when available, for the complete job description and full job qualifications and requirements.

The Village is not required to notify you of testing times and dates, but will make every effort to do so. Please continue to check the web site for testing information.
