Police Seek Assistance from Customers on Armed Robbery/Homicide Investigation

The Streamwood Police Department, along with members of the Major Case Assistance Team, continue to investigate the armed robbery/homicide at Thornton’s Gas Station (2 North Barrington Road) in Streamwood. 

The Streamwood Police Department is seeking any customers that visited the Thornton’s Gas Station, from Friday, March 15, 2013, at 10:00 pm through Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 5:00 am, to come forward.

Thornton’s Inc. is still offering a reward, up to $25,000, for information that leads to the arrest of the offender.  

The offender appears to be a white male approximately 5' 9" - 6 feet tall. He was dressed in dark clothing, with his face and hands covered, and was wearing one white shoe and one dark colored shoe (see photos here).
