 Village Services
The Village of Streamwood is committed to
customer-oriented public service. This commitment to serving the
needs and interest of our community is reflected in the Mission
Statement adopted by the Village Board. It states that :
We will provide public services for the greater
good and well being of our community. We will continue to
create a quality environment in which we can live, work and play,
all in a way which is cost effective, yet responsive to our
community needs. We will measure our success by our
reputation as a stable, prosperous community, which will fill our
present and future residents with pride.
This mission guides the Village in its delivery of
services. The Village Board and staff recognize that the
owners of our organization are the residents of our community.
Our job is to deliver the most efficient, effective government
services in a fiscally prudent manner. This helps each
Department to strive to provide the best service to all of our
residents.
