The Village is required by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to have a cross-connection control program to protect our drinking water. This program includes a survey of water customers that's conducted every three years. We've enlisted Aqua Backflow to help. Postcards with instructions about how to complete this brief survey are out now. We encourage you to respond to this simple online survey.
