The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) recently announced the Back to Business (B2B) Program. This program offers funding opportunities for small businesses and hard-hit industries. The State has allocated $250 million and identified priority economic recovery areas.
B2B is a key component of the State’s $1.5 billion economic recovery plan, aimed toward a swift deployment of American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA) funds that have been designated for Illinois. Eligible business can apply for funding from $5,000-$150,000. TO apply, you will need your 2019 and 2020 Federal tax returns, bank statements and business owner ID (ITIN accepted).
