Each May, the Community Development Department staff operate the Walking Inspections Program. This program requires the Code Enforcement Officers to inspect every house, on every street selected throughout the community. Code Enforcement Officers will be checking for compliance with the Village’s property maintenance codes. The goal of this program is to enhance the appearance of the community and gain compliance with Village Codes.

The Code Enforcement Officers will work with homeowners who may need more time to complete repairs. If more time is needed, please contact the Code Enforcement Officer listed on the notice you received. A clean, well-kept community increases property values and enhances civic pride.
